After consulting with you and the end-client, we present a proposed system hierarchy and sample graphics for approval. Once approved, we begin constructing and coding the interface, continuously updating a dynamic project tracker to share real-time progress, manage snags, and log comments. We maintain regular contact throughout the project, especially during the final stages of commissioning, ensuring we’re on hand to make any last-minute adjustments.
When upgrading systems, we adopt a two-stage approach. First, we recreate content from the old supervisor in the new platform with a modern interface and new graphics, addressing snags and logging issues—this accounts for about 80% of the work. The remaining 20% is essential to deliver a system that truly represents an upgrade to the end-client.
