Simlico classifies points using labels, units, value ranges, sibling relationships, and network topology. Points are tagged against Haystack and Brick ontologies. Only genuinely unresolvable cases reach a human. Tens of thousands of points, classified in minutes.
What's Coming
We're expanding Simlico across three domains: engineering, intelligence, and operations.On the engineering side, we're building automated control strategy generation, commissioning automation tools, system health checks, and as-built documentation packages. For intelligence, we're adding SLA compliance reporting, carbon tracking, and ESG submissions. And for operations, we're working on preventative maintenance scheduling, CAFM/CMMS integration, alarm rationalisation, and shift handover reporting.The platform will cover the full lifecycle of a smart building, from initial commissioning through ongoing management and compliance.
